Yadda ake shigar da shingen gilashi a kan baranda?

3. Shirya saman baranda

Tsaftace yankin: Cire tarkace, tsofaffin shinge, ko fenti mai laushi daga gefen baranda/ƙasa.

Ma'aunin alama:

Yi amfani da ma'aunin tef da layin alli don yin alama a inda za a sanya ginshiƙai ko kayan aiki. Tabbatar cewa tazara ta yi daidai (bi dokokin gini).

Don shigar da matakin, yi amfani da matakin laser don yin alama a layuka madaidaiciya a gefen baranda (wannan yana tabbatar da cewa bangarorin gilashi sun daidaita daidai).

Duba don ƙarfin tsarin: Dole ne benen baranda ko gefen ya goyi bayan shingen. Idan an haɗa shi da siminti, a tabbatar ya yi ƙarfi; idan ana son itace, a duba ko akwai ruɓewa kuma a ƙarfafa shi idan ya cancanta.

Shigar da kayan aikin tushe:

Bututun ƙarfe masu gajeru: Haƙa ramuka, a ɗaure ramukan a ƙasa da ƙulli, sannan a tabbatar sun daidaita.

Tashoshi (dogayen layukan ƙarfe): Sanya tashar a gefen baranda ta amfani da sukurori/anchors. Tabbatar cewa tashar ta miƙe kuma ta daidaita.

Ƙara gaskets: Saka gaskets na roba a cikin tashoshi ko spigots don kare gilashi daga karce kuma ya ba da damar faɗaɗa kaɗan.

5. Sanya Gilashin Faifan

Riƙe gilashin a hankali: Yi amfani da na'urorin ɗaga tsotsa don ɗaga bangarori (kada a taɓa ɗauka a gefuna don guje wa karyewa). Sanya safar hannu don hana yatsan hannu.

Sanya panels a wurin da suke:

Tsarin da aka tsara: Zana bangarorin gilashi tsakanin ginshiƙai. Yawancin ginshiƙai suna da ramuka ko ramuka don riƙe gilashin. A ɗaure su da sukurori ko maƙalli ta cikin ramukan da aka riga aka haƙa a ginshiƙan.

Tsarin mara tsari:

Rage bangarorin zuwa cikin spigots ko tashoshi (tabbatar da cewa suna daidai a kan gaskets).

Duba daidaito: Yi amfani da matakin don tabbatar da cewa allunan suna tsaye. Daidaita kamar yadda ake buƙata kafin a haɗa kayan aikin gaba ɗaya.

6. Rufewa da Gamawa

Sanya maƙallin:

A rufe gibin da ke tsakanin gilashi da sandunan/kayan aiki da manne mai tsabta na silicone. Wannan yana hana shigar ruwa cikin gilashi kuma yana daidaita gilashin.

A shafa manne mai laushi da yatsa ko kayan aiki da aka jika domin a gama shi da kyau. A bar shi ya bushe na tsawon awanni 24-48.

Ƙara murfin/ƙulli na ƙarshe: Haɗa murfin ado a kan sanduna ko spigots don ɓoye maƙallan. Don tashoshi, ƙara murfin ƙarshe don rufe ƙarshen.

Gilashi mai tsabta: Goge yatsun hannu ko tarkace da na'urar wanke gilashi.

7. Binciken Ƙarshe

Kwanciyar gwaji: A hankali a tura shingen don tabbatar da cewa yana da aminci (babu girgiza).

Duba gibin: Tabbatar cewa babu gibin da ya wuce iyakokin lambar gini (≤ inci 4).

Tabbatar da kariya daga yanayi: Tabbatar cewa an rufe murfin yadda ya kamata don hana lalacewar ruwa.

Nasihu kan Tsaro

Kada a taɓa amfani da gilashin da ba a yi masa magani ba (gilashin da aka yi wa zafi/laminated yana karyewa lafiya, yana rage haɗarin rauni).

Nemi mataimaki lokacin da kake kula da manyan allunan gilashi (suna da nauyi kuma suna da rauni).

Idan ba ka da tabbas game da aikin gini (misali, haƙa siminti), ɗauki ƙwararren ɗan kwangila.
